Part-time After School Nanny/mothers Helper For 3 Boys, Starting In May (or Sooner)

I'm looking for an afterschool nanny for our 3 boys (6 months, 3 and 5). M-F, 2pm-6 p.m. or longer if desired (20-25 hours/week). Must be caring, loving, clean and organized. Nanny will start the day caring for baby, then help with older brothers when they get home from school around 4 p.m. This will include school pickup some days - must have vehicle. Im home working, and will still be nursing baby. Our boys are energetic, loving, and love music and outdoors. We need someone who flexible and is very proactive - notices an issue and jumps in to help. We live on the Walnut Creek / Concord border. Must have drivers license and vehicle. Around $37/hour. Compensation based on experience. Spanish speaking is a plus!
