Morning Driver Needed For Teenager

Seeking a responsible driver to take my 16-year-old from our home in Concord to her school in Orinda M-F starting March. The drive takes about a half hour but I will pay 1 hr. Pick up at our house between 9-9:15 am; school starts at 10. If you are flexible to also be able to do afternoon drives sometimes, that's a bonus, but isn't required. Must be comfortable with and respectful of genderqueer teen including committing to using her correct pronouns regardless of how she is presenting. Kiddo prefers a young adult but I will consider all ages. Thanks in advance for your interest.
