Nanny For My 5 Month Old

Hi there! Looking for a nanny to watch my soon to be 5-month-old at our home when I return to work. I may be working away or remotely depending on the day. Would like someone experienced with young infants, knowledgeable on wake windows, sleep training, and open to keeping her on a flexible but consistent schedule. I appreciate a warm and nurturing approach. The hours of this position may increase overtime to include Monday and full day Thursday. I am hopeful to find a long term nanny to support my family through this stage as well as throughout my next pregnancy and second child. Thanks!
