Nanny For 4 Month Old Boy, Full Time Or Part Time

I have a 4-month-old boy. I'm looking for someone to nanny in my home. My mother is home but is not well enough to take care of the baby on her own, however she is there for resource and help if needed. We have animals, 2 cats & 3 dogs. One dog stays in the garage bedroom, 2 in the house. One is a pitbull but very people friendly. The cats are indoor only. There will be no need for any housekeeping or anything other than taking care of the baby while we are at work. I also don't mind if you have children to bring as well, if that is allowed. The house has audio and video inside and out except for private areas.
