Looking For A Caring, Compassionate Person To Baby-sit Our Special Needs Son.

We are a same-sex couple in Concord with a 3 (almost 4) y/o son who is autistic-non verbal. He is a sweet boy but currently has some behavioral challenges which can be physical (spitting, hitting) and is prone to loud tantrums when he is frustrated. He is making strides developmentally but communication is our biggest challenge. Someone who has experience working with neurodivergent children would be preferred. Our son is sweet, creative, and a joy to be around but struggles with changes to routine. We are looking for someone to babysit on occasion and become part of our support network. We also have two dogs. This would be at our home in Concord, so preferably you are in the area and must be comfortable with dogs. Experience working with ASD children, especially if you are an RBT, would be awesome.
