Looking For A Permanent Babysitter

Looking for a recurring babysitter to help me with my 3 children. My children and I would like someone who is older, experienced, bubbly, high energy, creative, and whose main focus is the kids. I will be home the entire time. My 6-year-old loves having nerf gun fights, making crafts, and playing with Legos and outside. My 2. 5-year-old loves Barbies, craft time, Dollhouse, and cooking. My 9-month-old is just starting to pull himself up on things and is crawling around. He loves playing with balls and blocks, he puts everything in his mouth. I am needing help with tiding up after they play, making meals/snacks, reading to them, playing outside on our playground, craft time, playing with one/two child(ren) while I have one-on-one time with the other children, etc. We do not have pets.
