My wife and I are searching for a nanny who can help us take care of our 5 months old baby during the day, while we work (9 a.m. through 3pm, 3 times a week) We hope for this to turn into a long term and stable arrangement for our baby. We almost always have somebody working from home who will be ready to support you if needed, and do not require any house chores or cooking.
