Nanny Needed For 1 Child

We are looking for a part-time nanny now, transitioning to full-time for our daughter and corgi this summer when I go back to work. The full-time position would be 15-20 days/month including 5-15 overnights/month with the days changing every month as my schedule will be unpredictable with sometimes less than 2 weeks notice. My husband and I travel for work and are sometimes home, but on-call, needing to leave at a moment's notice. There will be at least one parent home in the evenings with rare 2-3 day stints of both of us gone, requiring all day and overnight care. You would stay in our guest bedroom/private bath. I would prefer to have the house to myself the other half of the month when I am home but that is negotiable if you need to live-in. This would require a lot of flexibility. Let's chat!
