Nanny Needed For 1 Child

We are looking for a live-in nanny (half the month or full time) or au pair for our daughter born and care for our corgi. My husband and I travel for work. I am on leave at home until 8/2025 at which time we will need a live-in nanny at least 15 days/month. There will be one parent home in the evenings with rare 2-3 day stints of both of us gone. I would prefer to start with babysitting together and occasional overnights in our guest bed/private bath with the potential for full time overnight care while I am gone on work trips 15-18 days/month with the days changing every month as my schedule will be unpredictable with sometimes less than 2 weeks notice. I would prefer to have the house to myself the other half of the month when I am home with her but that is negotiable. This would require a lot of flexibility. Let's chat!
