About the job
Ideally, we are looking for someone with experience with foster children, you have worked in a group home, worked in TBS or WRAP or been a BHA (behavior health assistant) or an RBT for ABA. We are a foster family with four children currently ages 7, 11, 13 and 17. The children we take in are considered high needs and have developmental delays, trauma, social and emotional disturbances and more. We are looking for a compassionate, reliable and resilient individual who's comfortable with managing daily routines, cooking dinner, giving meds, going on outings and providing a safe and consistent home for the kids. The person is not easily offended by the kids and what they can possibly say. Open to any gender must be LGBTQIA friendly as some of the children may identify in that community. Possible full time if interested and flexible hours.
