My daughter is currently enrolled into Speech Development Therapy. Her ideal day is waking up, having breakfast and going for a walk or to the park. We come home, refuel on food and either play more or nap time around 12-2 p.m. Shell wake up anywhere from 2-4 p.m. depending on when shes fallen asleep. And we will play more; singing, dancing, practicing talking and building things and taking her toys apart in her room. She loves bouncy balls and anything stackable! We will then start prepping her dinner and after dinner is usually more activity time, maybe a walk outside and sometimes she does get screen time. Well start winding her down around 8-9 p.m. she gets her bottle and will slowly go to bed. Thats the ideal day of my daughter Leila, Rose.
