Care For 15 Mo Girl

We need a nanny for our 15-month-old girl, 3 days a week for 8 hours a day (8/830a-4p) The days would be Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We'd like to be able to have care for a date night but will build up to that. There may be an occasional day less or more depending on circumstances like travel or sicknesses. We're looking for someone with a possible background in early childhood education and CPR training. We're expecting someone comfortable in playing with the baby, leading activities, feeding meals, changing diapers/washing her for a #2 (gloves can be provided), and putting her down for a nap. We would ask for some light housework like cleaning the kitchen after her meals, baby bathroom tidying, vacuuming carpet/mopping floors, and laundry. These wouldn't be expected to be done in 1 day. Just whatever is manageable while she naps. We are a couple in our late 30s, this is our first baby, we have a well behaved dog who does shed unfortunately, he will mostly follow you around w the baby because he has FOMO. We can manage him until you're comfortable. We both have hybrid jobs so sometimes we're both home, 1 is home or neither.
