My child will be 4 months old so she's still very little, we need someone comfortable with infants. My husband and I work 10 hour shifts and would need someone here from 6:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Our little one likes to go for walks outside and right now has an in consistent nap schedule. We will probably have her napping at least twice a day.
