Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Carlsbad

Hello! We are looking for a full time (30-40 hrs per week) nanny for our infant son when I go back to work in mid July. He will be 4 months old. My husband and I both work from home and I go into an office once per week. We are on calls and in meetings consistently throughout the day. My husband sometimes travels for work as well. If possible, some light housekeeping would be great but not a deal breaker. Also preferred that phone usage be kept to a minimum and engagement with our son is kept high through activities like walks outside, tummy time, developmental games, etc.
