Looking for In-Home Nanny/Preschool Teacher for Kindergarten Readiness (28 hours/week) in South Carlsbad. This role includes full childcare responsibilities and educational activities in a structured, nurturing environment. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide daily care, including meals, dressing, and hygiene. Plan age-appropriate learning activities to support early literacy, math, and social skills. Maintain a clean, organized environment, including tidying toys and play areas. Encourage creativity, independence, and positive behavior. Communicate regularly with parents. REQUIREMENTS: Experience in childcare or early education. Organized, patient, and passionate about child development. CPR/First Aid certified or willing to get certified. Spanish language a plus
