Looking for childcare for my 14m old son in North Carlsbad. Care will be in our home. Looking for around 22-24 hrs a week, Monday - Thursday with Fridays off (flexible on the day off). Looking for someone who will really engage with my son, play with him, we have a large backyard so spending a lot of time outside, we have a little inflatable pool for him for summer time, go on walks, and also incorporate educational time. Would love to find someone who comes to the table with ideas of play time activities (art, crafts, sensory items, etc) We have a dog, so must be dog friendly. *We are open to starting a nanny share with a family that comes 2-4 days out of the week, but have not found the family yet *******RATES::::::: $20/hr for 1, $30/hr for 2 (if we do the share)
