Looking For Long Term Nanny For Our Daughter

Our long term nanny is moving in a few months and we need to find our next dream nanny! E. will be turning 3 in July. She is an absolutely hilarious, sweet, charming and intelligent girl. She loves to go out on daily adventures to parks, libraries, stores, museums - she's down to explore anywhere! We are looking for someone to become part of our family, as our current nanny has. We guarantee 30 hours a week but ask for a flexible schedule as our schedules differ everyday. Normal days would be 8am-4 p.m. but also would like to find someone that has flexibility for occasional date nights/weekends. We are looking for someone that is self motivated - will plan fun activities both at home and outside of the home for E. Also need help with light housekeeping and meals for her.
