Nanny Needed For 13 Month Old In Carlsbad

My name is Jenny and I have an incredible 13-month-old baby girl named M. I am currently a stay at home mom, but am looking for some childcare so that I have a little bit of time for myself for appointments, etc. during the week. I am probably looking for 6-10 hours or so a week initially and the days and hours can be a bit flexible. Possibly looking for some evenings/weekends as well. I would be home at first during these times just getting things done, as we get more familiar with each other. I have a very hyper mini goldendoodle so you have to be ok with dogs as well. M is my world, so I'm looking for someone that absolutely loves children, is patient, kind, communicative, and engaging. Looking for someone long term that can become like part of the family!
