Nanny Needed (Carlsbad) - Nanny Share Potential

I am looking for a nanny to watch my 1-year-old son at our home in Carlsbad. We are also on the search for another family near by that we can start a nanny share with, but until then, we are looking for someone to care for only our 1-year-old son until we do. PAY: $20 for 1 / $30 for 2 Would love someone bi-lingual (Spanish speaking), but not a requirement. His care is fairly simple and mostly involves: feeding, putting down for naps, and a lot of interaction / play time. I am looking for someone who will spend the time reading to him, working on his language skills, etc. HOURS: Mon - Friday 8 a.m. - 2 p.m.
