Early Morning 2 Hours/day 2 Kids

I need a reliable sitter to cover the 2 hours between when I leave for work and my husband gets home from work (6am-8am). We work 3 shifts per week, including some weekends. Reliability is the #1 factor because I can't call out of work at the last minute; a nurse who's been working all night will be depending on me to get to work on time. We have 2 boys, a 3-year-old and a 15-month-old. They rarely wake up before 7. The 3-year-old is potty trained and accidents are rare. Our 15-month-old is still in diapers of course so you should expect 1 diaper change whenever he wakes up, which is almost never poopy. Basically this is a low workload job for maximum three days a week for just a couple of hours in the morning. It should be perfect for an early riser who lives close and has another source of regular income.
