Nanny Needed For My Children In Carlsbad.

Hi everyone! I'm Miranda and my 2-year-old son. I am looking for a babysitter in Carlsbad for 5-6 mornings a week to watch M for 1 1/2-2 hours a day around 9-9:30 a.m. Leaning towards the rate being $20 an hour because I am not expecting any cleaning etc.. watching and playing with my son is the only responsibility. I am looking for someone who is OUTGOING as M is very shy and a HUGE mamas boy. Every sitter we have tried has ended up being very quiet and wont play or even speak really.. so nothing has worked out. I need someone comfortable with getting him to like you by being funny, playful and overall just putting in effort. You must be okay with cameras.
