We are looking for a kind, experienced and nurturing nanny to care for our two daughters (ages 2 and 4) and our 5-month-old baby in Carlsbad. Looking for additional support for mother with flexible hours during the week and also babysitting on weekends. An ideal Nanny would be someone caring, loving, organized, respectful, nurturing and calm. Should be experienced and confident, with a positive attitude. Must be comfortable and experienced with babies. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping. We want a nanny who does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has a college degree.
