Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Carlsbad.

We are looking for a great nanny for our 3-month-old baby girl in Carlsbad. We would prefer someone who could help out with light housekeeping, related to the baby only. Need to have own care, not smoke, and be okay with a dog. Ideally you are CPR certified and has college degree. Timing in flexible, we need some recurring a few (2 or 3) days (can be flexible on days) a week for 4 (can be flexible) hours a day - I (husband) works from home (in garage home office) and wife is on maternity leave still so will be around the house at first. We have a 2.5-year-old toddler who goes to day care all day as well. Ideally, nanny will be able to work extra hours and/or extra days when/if I have to travel for work - will be flexible on schedule and work with you on this to be sure it works for both of us.
