We are looking for a calm, nurturing, experienced individual to care for our 11-month-old daughter, with occasional care for our 6-year-old son. This role starts at 15-20 hours per week, with potential to increase. Our daughter loves reading, music, and movement, so we're looking for someone to engage her with fun activities. We need availability on Fridays and seek someone committed to personal growth who values mindfulness, connection over discipline, and creates healthy, guiding boundaries. Familiarity with mindfulness and nonviolent communication is a plus. We value authenticity and learning together. We don't expect perfection - just openness to growth and fostering deep connections.
