Looking for a full time nanny for my 5-month-old son in Carlsbad. I am also searching for another family to setup a nanny share with. Ideally another boy or girl around the same age. - Looking for care Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 3 or 4 p.m. - Must be comfortable around dogs - Non- Smoker - Experience with young infants is a must - Someone who is comfortable in taking direction and following wake windows / nap schedule. - Looking for someone long term (1 yr contract) - Looking for someone who is attentive & very interactive- play with him, read to him, take him on walks, etc - Someone who is confident taking care of more than 1 child at a time and can adhere to different schedules PAY RATE ---pls ensure you read this and only apply if you are okay with these terms Pay for 1 child: $21-22/hr Pay for 2 children: $32/hr
