Searching a reliable nanny with experience with toddlers. I have a perfect 16-month-old girl. She is sleep trained, brilliant, beautiful loving and generous. Must have reliable transportation and experience with toddlers. Just need to let her pick the right person since she definitely knows what she likes. She loves to read, and must keep her on her current routines. She has one nap per day but needs constant attention.
