My daughter is now 4 months old, and I will be starting a work from home job. I would like someone who has experience in taking care of a 4-month-old to play for their developmental needs, tummy time, and activities that are appropriate for this age and on. Someone who loves children genuinely and is compassionate about child care. I also will be sleep training her soon so taking care of my daughter should get easier.
