Part-Time Caregiver for 4-Year-Old Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1:00 p.m. - 4:00 p.m. About the Role: I am looking for a reliable and caring individual to provide part-time care for my 4-year-old daughter, M. M. has autism and requires attentive support during the afternoons while I work from home. M. will have therapy sessions during some of these hours. While the therapists work directly with her, I need someone present to assist with diaper changes, help her use the bathroom, and supervise as needed. When M. is not in therapy, you'll engage with her through play, ensure her safety, and provide care as required. M. is autistic and non-aggressive :)
