Experienced Nanny Needed

Hello, my wife and I are looking for an experienced nanny. Our son is 15 months old and is walking. He loves going outside for walks and exploring the neighborhood. He also loves flipping through pages in books and playing with cars. He's still learning how to talk but he is good at communicating what he wants. His favorite food is bread and he is not shy to ask for it! We have 3 dogs. A golden retriever, a chihuahua, and a chihuahua mix. My wife works 3 weekdays per week and her schedule changes but we will have her schedule a month in advance. I work from home so I'm always available to answer questions. There will be opportunities for extra work days so it won't always be just 3 days per week.
