Part Time Nanny For 6 Month Old While Mom Works From Home

We have 2 little ones - our son is in daycare and I'm seeking care for our 6-month-old daughter while I work from home. She loves music, swinging, chewing on everything, going for walks in her stroller, and watching everything her brother does. Our caretaker will make bottles, change diapers, play, do nap time, etc while I am upstairs working. I do see this position becoming more full time as baby becomes more mobile. We would love to find someone who cares for our baby well and fits into our family, as we do occasionally want a sitter for both kids on weekends or nights, and possibly would like someone to be able to travel with us. Our home has plenty of street parking. We have a 7-year-old Toy Australian Shepherd. He is harmless, but nervous around strangers.
