About the job
My wife and I live in Calistoga with our one and half year-old son named L. My mother-in-law Simin lives next door and takes care of our son at her home in the mornings while both my wife and I work. Simin is a small lady in her 70s that unfortunately has a bad back and shoulder, while L. is well above average in size and weight (over 30 pounds) for his age. Thus, Simin needs help not only lifting and chasing our energetic son around but also providing him an educational and nourishing environment. Currently we are looking for someone to help Simin in the mornings before L's nap at noon, and I take care of our son in the afternoon, but I might be changing jobs soon and so we might also need help in the afternoons in the future as well.
