Job number 10430 Location: Burlingame Schedule: Sundays, 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 pm, Mondays and Tuesdays, 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Wednesdays, 7:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. flexibility needed for occasional additional hours and/or changes to work schedule required Children: 6 and 8 years old Duties: Childcare, driving children, children laundry, traveling 3 or 4 times per year with the family, errands and grocery shopping, meal prep and simple cooking for the family, light housekeeping, other household tasks as requested, scheduling family appointments and managing family calendar, personal shopping, gift procurement, Requirements: The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience as a high-level Family Assistant and Household Manager. They should bring an energetic, engaging, and fun-loving approach to childcare, combined with exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Strong communication abilities and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team are essential. The candidate must be able to drive, swim, and demonstrate discretion, trustworthiness, and a solution-oriented mindset. Proficiency in Google Suite and other relevant software is required. Additionally, the candidate must be vaccinated or willing to obtain vaccinations, including COVID-19, annual flu shots, Tdap, and MMR. Salary: $45-$50 per hour- plus guaranteed pay 52 weeks of the year, a minimum of five paid sick days, two weeks paid vacation and seven paid holidays
