UHNW Family in San Francisco is seeking a skilled and energetic ROTA Duo to join their dedicated support team for their 3 bright, active children, ages 5 to 11. This exciting role offers the highly coveted 7-Day ON / 7-Day OFF schedule, with daily working hours of 7:00 am to 7:30 pm (with occasional later hours for bedtime support). This is a live-out position but you have the option to stay overnight in an on-site guest house during shifts. In this role, you'll provide exceptional childcare, managing both morning and evening routines, and then switch gears during school hours to handle family assistant duties (approx 6 hours daily). From organizing projects and scheduling appointments to researching activities, running errands, and keeping household logistics running smoothly, every day offers new challenges and opportunities to make a positive impact. A designated nanny vehicle is provided for transporting the children to and from school and activities in addition to other work purposes. The ideal candidate for this family is highly motivated, detail-oriented, a strong team player who can follow directions well, collaborate seamlessly with parents and fellow staff, and think creatively to ensure the household functions efficiently. LOCATION: San Francisco, CA NOTE: The family is NOT open to fly-in/out arrangement - must either be local or willing to relocate within 3 months (family will provide relocation assistance). SCHEDULE: 7 days on/7 days off, with general hours of 7 am to 7:30/8:00pm COMPENSATION: $140-150K based on experience, PLUS full health benefits (medical, dental, vision), annual bonus and 401K!
