Long Term Part-time Afternoon Nanny Needed For 2 Boys

We are looking for a great nanny for our two boys (ages 12 and 14) to help continue to encourage them to be independent to do their homework, responsibilities, and chores on their own! Your duties will include: Driving/carpooling kids from school to activities, Light cooking, Making sure the kids do their homework/study properly and help answer occasional questions, Light tidying up and errands (our kids clean up after themselves, do their own dishes, and fold their own laundry, but you need to help keep them on task, make sure things are kept neat/clean, etc.). We have been part of the au pair program for 8 great years, then had a wonderful afternoon nanny for a year and a half who found a full-time job. We are looking for a trusting, caring person that connects with our 2 boys and can become part of our family.
