Requirements: Responsible and reliable with a strong work ethic Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Clean driving record and background check CPR & First Aid certification (preferred) Prior experience with childcare or nannying (preferred but not required) Ability to engage children in fun and educational activities Flexibility to adapt to the family's schedule and needs Responsibilities: Provide attentive and nurturing care for the children Plan and engage in activities such as crafts, games, outings, and educational projects Prepare healthy meals and snacks for the children Assist with light household tasks related to childcare, including tidying up play areas and children's laundry Ensure children's safety and well-being at all times Drive children to and from activities, appointments, and outings as needed Communicate effectively with the parents regarding the children's progress and daily activities Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday Flexible hours depending on the family's needs and schedule Compensation: $18-$25 per hour, based on experience and qualifications Location: Burlingame, CA
