ABA Trained Nanny/Tutor Needed For 1 Child In Burbank.

I am looking for someone with ABA training to be a nanny for my son who has some speech delays and mild autism markers to help me get him ready for preschool. He is a very active boy who is still in diapers. He just turned 3 and I want to get his communication levels a bit higher and potty train him soon. We have a dog and two cats and Ill need help with housekeeping (dishes and cleaning up) while my son naps which is usually for a few hours in the afternoon. We have a nanny who we love and shes been with us for a year and a half but she is pregnant so I am planning to get her to train someone new and have them take over in a couple of months, possibly sooner. But Id like the new person to start early on a training-type basis with our current nanny to make the transition smoother. We want someone to become a new part of the family.
