Our daughter is very active and seems more curious about her environment compared to other babies in similar ages. We found that our daughter thrives when we keep her in daily routines, including limited nap times and strict meal schedule. We feed our baby formula milk and homemade baby food, and each meal will be prepared by us. We expect our nanny to be able to help us out with feeding and playing with our little one, as well as do light housekeeping at the end of the day. We do not plan to send our little one to daycare until she is at least 1. 5 - 2 years old; we would like to have someone who can stay with us for at least 1 year.
