Nanny Needed For My Children In Brentwood.

I will need occasional childcare on weekends when I work. My days can be 12-18 hour shifts and I may need the sitter for coordinating with my parents for pick up/drop off of my daughter or just being with her while I work. My daughter is an intelligent, sensitive child with certain sensory issues. She loves rough play, puzzles, drawing, playing pretend and being present with someone. I prefer for her to not sit and just watch a lot of television but have someone who will interact with her and work on social or academic skills. My daughter is 3 but she speaks very well and is emotionally intelligent. She would need someone who could get her her meals, snacks, provide her some comfort and routine while I work.
