Needing help with my 4 kids all in Elementary school during pickups and drop offs! We do lots of sports and activities and the schedule varies. I can provide more hours some weeks than others and am very flexible but consistency is key for us. I work one day a week and my husband works full time. The kids are very energetic and all one year apart!
