Seeking After School Help For Three Lovely Kids

We have a 6 and 9-year-old who attend a local elementary school and 1 toddler at a nearby daycare. We need someone reliable to pick them up from school and help with homework and play until we get home from work. Clean driving record is a must, but we can provide a car for pickups. Our ideal helper is creative in engaging kids 2-9 in outdoor play and able to guide kids through Kinder and 3rd grade homework (reading and multiplication). Would consider someone who would bring their own child, too.
