We are seeking a reliable and experienced Nanny to provide afternoon care for two children, in Beverly Hills, CA. The ideal candidate will be available from 3:00pm-7:00pm, with some hours possibly in the evening when parent goes out, and on Saturdays. This position is TEMPORARY until mid-June 2025 when family will travel overseas. Responsibilities include meal preparation, care after school, engaging in age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe environment, and light housekeeping related to the children's care. As their Nanny, you'll play a crucial role in their daily lives, offering companionship and guidance, driving (school pick-ups and after-school activities) while engaging them in fun and educational interests. The ideal candidate will be agile, positive, nurturing, have a non-assertive personality. If interested in extra hours, the parent needs support in the mornings from 630am-830 a.m. weekdays. Responsibilities Supervise children during daily activities and always ensure their safety Plan and engage in educational and fun activities that promote learning and development Prepare healthy meals and snacks while adhering to any food allergies or dietary restrictions Help with homework and provide guidance in various subjects as needed Maintain a clean and organized play areas Communicate openly with parents about any concerns regarding the children's well being or development Foster a loving and supportive atmosphere that encourages children to express themselves Drive to school in the AM and pick up in the afternoons Requirements Previous experience working in Nanny support CPR and First Aid certification Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and families A genuine love for children and a proactive approach to their needs Flexibility in working hours A valid driver's license, a clean driving record and own vehicle Valid passport and able to travel with family Background check and references will be requested to ensure child safety Salary: DOE Employment is contingent upon a clear background check and verification of references.
