Lovely Family in Beverly Hills is Looking to Hire ROTA Team to care for their Toddler (2-Year-Old Girl)! You will LIVE-IN during your shift (7 days on//7 days off) and provide flexible round the clock coverage. During your shift you'll have your own private bedroom and bathroom and all amenities provided in a beautifully maintained and cozy home! They are looking for a TEAM PLAYER (must be able to communicate and collaborate together with the other ROTA nanny, and ideally be open to covering/swapping shifts), and is a natural when it comes to anticipating their daughter's needs to foster her growth + development! Please note that they are not looking to fly candidates in and out- they are solely considering LOCAL LA based candidates at this time! LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA (Greater Los Angeles) ROTA SCHEDULE: 7 Days On//7 Days Off (live-in during your shift, 24/hr coverage) COMPENSATION: $110-$120k/Year DOE (based on 26 weeks of work) REQUIREMENTS: Seasoned experience working with toddlers knowledge of developmental milestones is a must, with a focus on language development Safety Oriented LA Local (Very Familiar with the Area) Early Child Development/Education Experience is IDEAL (not required) Dog Friendly (they have a small, friendly dog) Must be Looking for a Long-Term Commitment (1+ Years) The family is seeking an affectionate + exceptional nanny who will go above and beyond because they love what they do! Your duties will include maintaining their daughter's schedule including preparing her meals and washing her dishes, changing diapers, bathing + dressing, keeping her engaged (i. e reading stories, singing songs, getting down on the floor and playing, going outside for daily walks, etc.) washing/folding her laundry, and keeping her play areas and bedroom clean and tidy and tending to her if she wakes up at night (which is RARE). Their ideal candidate is knowledgeable about ages and stages of early child development, has a warm, thoughtful, playful personality and is overall easygoing yet structured.
