Experience with caring for newborns. Part time it the beginning (rough estimate 20-30 hours), likely would add additional hours as time goes on. We both work from home, and don't have family out here, so someone who is willing to help with basic household tasks and errands when not with the baby is a necessity. Enthusiastic, proactive, present candidates only. Looking for someone that is interested in building a great working relationship with our family, is interested in sticking around, and if we can find them we will make sure the value and care they bring to our family is rewarded in kind!
