A wonderful high-profile family in Beverly Hills is seeking a skilled and experienced ROTA nanny to join their fully staffed household, providing exceptional care for their 2-year-old son and 1-year-old daughter. The position requires a fun, bubbly, and professional career nanny who can focus on their children's cognitive, physical, and emotional development while embracing the principles of RIE. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an amazing team of household staff and hands-on parents who work from home but travel often. The family values education, learning, and collaboration, and they are looking for a nanny who can guide them through all developmental stages with warmth, expertise, and enthusiasm. Private quarters are provided during shift. Responsibilities: Provide attentive, loving care and engage in age-appropriate activities that promote cognitive and physical development. Guide the parents through developmental stages using RIE principles and provide educational support. Plan and execute engaging and stimulating activities tailored to the children's interests. Maintain tidy play areas, organize children's bedrooms, and manage their laundry. Collaborate with the household team and other caregivers to ensure seamless transitions and schedules. Accompany the family on domestic and international travel, including private flights, several times a year. Drive the children safely as needed (nanny vehicle provided). LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA SCHEDULE: Two Weeks On / Two Weeks Off (24-hour care during on-weeks) COMPENSATION: Target Annual Salary-$125k-$145k DOE Requirements: Up to date on vaccinations (TDAP, MMR) Passport-ready and comfortable with domestic and international travel. A safe and reliable driver with a clean driving record. A true team player with a collaborative mindset. College-educated (preferred but not required) and a strong multitasker.
