Newborn Care Specialist (NCS) A family in Beverly Hills is seeking an experienced and loving Newborn Care Specialist to provide exceptional care for their newborn (4 weeks old). This is a live-in position requiring 24/7 availability with a 5-hour daily break, for a 6-month duration. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience as an NCS, a responsible and upbeat demeanor, and a nurturing approach to infant care. Position Details: Location: Beverly Hills, CA Schedule: 7 days per week, live-in, 24-hour care with a 5-hour daily break Compensation: Day rate, DOE Duration: 6 months Start Date: ASAP Responsibilities: Provide around-the-clock care and support for the newborn. Develop and implement a consistent routine for feeding, sleeping, and other newborn care needs. Monitor the baby's development and milestones, and provide updates to the parents. Maintain a clean and organized nursery environment. Assist with breastfeeding or bottle-feeding as needed. Ensure the baby's safety, health, and well-being at all times. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Newborn Care Specialist (NCS). Expertise in infant care, including sleep training, feeding schedules, and soothing techniques. CPR and First Aid certified. A loving, upbeat, and responsible demeanor. Ability to commit to the full 6-month schedule. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
