Live-In Nanny Needed to Provide Supervision + Guidance to Teen in Beverly Hills! This 17-Year-Old Girl is a really good kid (and an amazing athlete) but needs firm guidance and motivation to ensure she gets up and out the door on time for school, completes her homework, limits the time she spends on her phone, encourages her to create healthy habits and keep her on a solid schedule to help her thrive! In the afternoons you will pick her up from school, drive her to any of her extracurriculars/activities, prepare and eat dinner together, ensure her homework is done and that she goes to bed at a reasonable time. This is a role for someone who is not afraid to enforce strict boundaries, and someone who can model respect and discipline. LOCATION: Beverly Hills, CA (Greater Los Angeles Area)) SCHEDULE (SPLIT SHIFT): Monday-Friday 6 AM-8:30 a.m. + 3 PM-10 p.m. (40 hours/week guaranteed) COMPENSATION: $35-$45/hr Gross Depending on Experience QUALIFICATIONS: Experience With Teens Dog Friendly (small dog in the home) Reliable Vehicle + Valid Driver's License Your Accommodations: you will have a private room off the kitchen with a bathroom, and the mom will provide whatever you need to make it more comfortable for you. Mom is bicoastal and splits her time (and occasionally Europe), sometimes Mom will be at home, and sometimes she will be away. Mom has tried her absolute best to coach her daughter, but she responds best to people other than her mom, in this role, you will help to enforce mom's rules and help to keep her daughter on track.
