Nanny Share In Claremont Hills

We are two families (neighbors) looking for a nanny share for our 3-month-olds (boy/girl born on the same day). We are looking for Mon-Thurs 8:30-5:30, so 36 hours minimum with possible Fridays/evenings/weekends depending on schedule. The position would be for at least 1 year, possibly longer. We would prefer someone with experience working with twins or two children near the same age and comfortable driving them around since the neighborhood is not that walkable. At least one of us will usually be working from home, so we could also help out with driving if needed.
