The family has three children (ages 4, 3, and 2 months), with the primary focus on the two older children as there is a dedicated nanny for the baby. Their days follow a structured routine with school, activities, and outings, and they are looking for a nanny who can seamlessly step in, keep things running smoothly, and bring creativity and joy to their children's daily lives. The ideal candidate will enjoy getting on the floor to play, create, and connect with the children, bringing enthusiasm and imagination to each day. Experience working with a hands-on mom is important, as well as the ability to seamlessly transition between taking the lead and offering support. Flexibility is key-this role requires a candidate who is adaptable and travel-ready. Given the fully staffed household, the nanny must also be a team player with a positive, proactive attitude. Responsibilities: Engage the 4-year-old and 3-year-old in fun, age-appropriate activities to foster their development and happiness. Manage school drop-offs and pick-ups (a nanny vehicle is provided). Plan exciting outings, playdates, and activities-ranging from pre-scheduled events to relaxed afternoons at the park. Work closely with a hands-on mom, tag-teaming responsibilities as needed. Be travel-ready during school breaks, accompanying the family on vacations. Collaborate in a fully staffed home, working alongside a chef, housekeepers, and another nanny who cares for the baby. Provide top notch, attentive care to the baby when needed.
