About the job
We are seeking a reliable and experienced individual to provide childcare and household assistance to a young family of 4 with two kids ages 5 and 3 years old. Hours: 5-6hrs/day. Mon - Fri, 7 a.m. - 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. - 6 p.m. Starts immediately. Responsibilities: - Pick-up and drop off from school and extracurricular activities (all within 5-10-mile radius of our home) - Assist with daily tasks (meal prep, feeding, packing school lunch and/or snacks, getting ready for school) - Engage children in age-appropriate activities (reading, playing games, arts and craft) - Assist with household chores (laundry, dishwasher, light cleaning and organization, meal preparation) - Run errands for the family as needed (grocery pick-up, library book drop-off/pick-up, delivery returns) Competitive pay (includes reimbursement for gas) and benefits
