Nanny Needed For 2 Children In Bakersfield

I am a wife and mother of three children: a6-year-old and 3. 5-year-old boy/girl twins. We are looking for a dedicated and loving nanny to join our family and care for our children at least three days a week, with the potential for additional days as needed. Since I work from home, I need someone who can create a structured and engaging routine for the kids. This would include activities like crafts, trips to the park, and school time that fosters learning in fun and creative ways. Our twin daughter is delayed in speech, so someone who is patient and willing to work on speech development with both twins would be wonderful. The twins are mostly potty trained, but still wear pull-ups for naps and bedtime, so some assistance with that might be needed. We are hoping to build a long-term relationship with our nanny, someone we can trust.
