A needs lots of vocal support he is very timid and requires an extra set of eyes to make sure he doesn't get hurt. He is potty training so he will also need a diaper for nap time. She must be friendly, know how to redirect when A does not want to interact with baby sitter, patient with A. Most importantly be fun.
